Hello, I'm

VoIP Architect · Developer · Maker
Over 25 years of experience in Linux, VoIP, network infrastructure, and system integration. Passionate about building elegant solutions — from firewalls to LED installations.
About Me
I'm an IT specialist with over 25 years of experience — from Linux systems development through VoIP and telecommunications to network infrastructure. My career started in 1999 at Pyramid Computer in Freiburg, continued at Sachs Kommunikationssysteme, and today at Romico GmbH.
LCC stands for "Linux Competence Center" — a tongue-in-cheek nickname given to me by my former employer Pyramid Computer in Freiburg, where I started my IT career in 1999. There I worked on BenHur, the world's first Linux-based multifunctional communication server. Linux has been the foundation of my work ever since.
Beyond my professional work, I'm passionate about maker projects: LED installations with WLED, microcontroller programming, and home automation.
